The Party leader congratulated Laos on its extensive achievements, particularly the capital Vientiane's active participation. He affirmed Vietnam's strong and all-encompassing support for reform in the neighboring country, saying that Vietnam always treasures and accords top priority to the special relationship between the two countries.
He emphasized the effective collaboration between the two capitals, including the sharing of Party building experience and cooperation in the economy, trade, and investment as well as the development of infrastructure, staff training, and COVID-19 prevention and control.
The Party leader urged Vientiane to increase coordination and cooperation with Hanoi and other Vietnamese cities. He requested that Anouphap Tounalom convey his greetings and best wishes to Party General Secretary and State President Thongloun Sisoulith as well as other senior Laotian leaders.
Anouphap Tounalom, for his part, congratulated Vietnam on its great achievements and expressed his confidence that the Vietnamese people will achieve even more under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) and its leader.
The official also acknowledged Vientiane and the Party, State, and people of Vietnam for their assistance to Laos. Anouphap Tounalom informed his host of the situation in Laos and its capital city, as well as the outcomes of his discussions with Hanoi Party Committee Secretary Dinh Tien Dung, and stated that Laos will collaborate with Vietnam to promote their special solidarity.
Vientiane and Hanoi will work together to make sure that the agreements made by the leaders of the two Parties, countries, and capital cities are carried out well.
