The leader urged Nghe An to mobilize all available resources for the province's development, particularly through public-private partnerships (PPP), with the immediate goals of ensuring macroeconomic stability, controlling inflation, and combating the COVID-19 pandemic, especially through vaccination campaigns.

The region should complete its planning for the period 2021-2030 by the end of the third quarter of this year, with a new philosophy and a strategic vision, he said, requesting that the province promote green economy, circular economy, as well as digital economy, and diversify supply chains.
