OCOP value chains drive new-style rural development in Dam Rong 2

DNVN - From coffee, durian and Ro Men honey pineapple to sturgeon, medicinal herbs and culturally distinctive local goods, Dam Rong 2 Commune in Lam Dong Province is using the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Programme to add value to farm produce, reorganise production and create fresh momentum for new-style rural development in 2026-2030.

DNVN - Ho Chi Minh City intends to establish a 26,000-hectare economic zone in the south, which will house industrial parks, urban areas, and numerous related services. The zone has been included in a draft project for the development of industrial parks and export processing zones for the years 2025- 2030, with a long-term vision of 2040.
