Soft skills matter: The key to academic success

DNVN - A new Nature Human Behaviour study, co-led by Dr Margherita Malanchini at Queen Mary University of London and Dr Andrea Allegrini at University College London, found that non-cognitive skills like motivation and self-regulation are just as important as intelligence in determining academic achievement.

DNVN - New research from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass), the University of Missouri, and the University of Arizona has uncovered the word properties that make slogans effective. The researchers discovered that the characteristics that make a slogan easier to process make it more likeable but less memorable, and vice versa.
