DNVN - According to a spokesperson of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT), trade between the two nations has significantly increased a year after the UK-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (UKVFTA) went into effect in early 2021, despite the COVID-19 pandemic's effects.
DNVN – In the first month of 2020, the country experienced a trade deficit of 232 million USD, contrary to the surplus of January 2019. Trade balance with China decreased significantly, especially in the last 3 days of the month.
