Covid-19: Grab’s passenger service will be suspended for 15 days, while GrabExpress, GrabFood, GrabMart are maintained

Grab implements the Directive 16 / CT-TTg of the Prime Minister on fiercely prevent and fight against covid-19.
All 4-wheel transportation services (GrabCar, GrabCar Plus, Enterprise GrabCar, Provincial Grab, GrabTaxi and GrabRent) in all provinces and cities from 0h on April 1, 2020 to the end of April 15, 2020.
- GrabFood delivery service in Da Nang, from 0h on April 1, 2020 until April 15, 2020.
Grab said it is working closely with the authorities, as well as working with transport cooperatives and partners to implement this suspension and have appropriate support plans as well as maintain the GrabBenefits program for affected driver partners.
Grabfood is suspended in Da Nang.
The suspension of the above services may create certain inconveniences for customers, driver partners, restaurant partners and cooperatives, but for the safety of customers and Community, Grab believes that this decision will contribute to the effort to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic being drastically implemented by the Government.
GrabFood service in other provinces and cities, GrabMart service in Ho Chi Minh City and GrabExpress nationwide service is maintained as usual to ensure online shopping activities as recommended by the Government.
During this time, Grab continues to promote communication and implement support measures to ensure the health and safety of customers and driver partners. Recently, Grab also announced a support package of up to VND 70 billion to accompany the Government and provide direct financial support, solving a part of difficulties of drivers and restaurant partners during this time.
