DNVN - The 21st ASEAN Conference on Civil Service Matters (ACCSM 21) will begin on August 5 in Hanoi, hosted by Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra.

At the 2nd ASEAN Conference on developing low income – oriented business model (Inclusive Business – IB), member countries and international organisations suggested 4 major initiatives to help Vietnam successfully lead ASEAN to develop sustainably in 2020.
