DNVN - the Ministry of Health in Vietnam said that the World Health Organization (WHO) declared a global public health emergency. The National Health Commission on Tuesday morning announced that 213 people had died of Wuhan corona virus. The WHO describes: "this is an unprecedented outbreak."
